This state certified NPDES (Blue Card) Course is for Contractors, Builders, Site Superintendents, Grading & Utility Contractors, Developers, and Monitoring Consultants.

It is required to have at least one person on-site from each entity involved with land disturbing activity be certified by the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission (GSWCC). 

Individuals attending this course must present the instructor with government issued photo ID.
