THE PURPOSE
The GUCA Scholarship Foundation Program was established to help ease the financial burden of a higher education degree and promotes the development of a more competent workforce for the future. We need the commitment of all GUCA members to accomplish this goal.
Each year, the GUCA Scholarship Foundation will hold a sporting clays event to raise money for the Foundation. In addition, we are creating other avenues in which you can contribute to this worthwhile cause.

GUCA is committed to realizing the legislative priorities facing the utility construction industry.
The GUCA Legislative Committee sets our legislative priorities awhile ensuring that GUCA members have a voice in drafting GUCA policy agenda.
GUCA stands strong behind industry issues that affect the utility contstruction industry including: Clean Water Funding, Damage Prevention, Davis-Bacon and Health Care Concerns.
Our goal is to keep our members aware, informed and knowledgeable on current legislative and industry issues.
